Consultations
Sometimes you just need an hour with a coach. This can be a phone consultation or an in-person meeting. Consultations are charged at $100 per hour. Here are some ways that athletes might use a one hour consultation:
Brainstorm appropriate season goals and general training objectives
Evaluate or modify a general (non-custom) training plan to better fit an athlete
Run video analysis
Injury prevention
Nutrition for fueling training and racing
Mental skills for training and racing
Swim lesson
Swim video analysis
Run gait video analysis
Track session
Functional Threshold Testing on the bike
Using training/racing data to determine an athlete’s training zones for heart rate, pace or power
Advice on optimal race execution (pacing, nutrition, tactics, strategy, goals)
Acclimatization to heat, cold or altitude
