Custom Built Training Plans
Don’t need a coach watching over your training each day? Consider a custom training plan instead. Begin with an hour of coach-athlete conversation so that the coach can get to know your current abilities and future goals. You will describe a typical training week and the constraints posed by other life and career interests. Then, the coach will design 3 or more months of training specifically for you. You then take that custom plan and follow it independently until the end of the plan. At that time, you can repeat the process for another 3+ months of custom training.
