Mentoring

I credit many mentors for helping me to become a competent and effective coach during my early years of coaching. I continue to learn from every coach and athlete that I meet. Continuing learning is crucial to my work.

Over the last few years, I have had the privilege of mentoring new coaches. I am always willing to share information and answer questions - just contact me and let’s talk!

If you would like a more formal mentoring relationship, I work with new coaches on a one-on-one basis. Formal mentoring includes:

  • Unlimited communication

  • Training plan monitoring

  • Answers to all of your coaching questions

  • Help with establishing your coaching business, developing good procedures and habits that will help new coaches succeed long term

  • Coaching the coach as an athlete if applicable

Formal mentoring: $300 per month plus $100 start up fee
